If what is left is absent then the question is "what is left"?

In this instance I was thinking of left as in an open mind, a loving heart and a balled fist.

amazing, this is amazing...
I'd like to know though...
what is the story of this short poem? Why is there no humanity? What happened?

There is, in a sense, always humanity.

This poem was merely a reflection on the absence of 'progressive' social change - essentially people being empowered to make the decisions that effect them, otherwise known simply as common sense.
